Keeping your round and your customers safe
Your round is your living: names, addresses, gate codes, who owes what. Here's how CleanItAll keeps it yours, whether it's just you or several teams.
Only you get in
Turn on two-step verification and a stolen password isn't enough: signing in also needs the code from an app on your phone. It's asked for after Google sign-in too, and you keep ten one-off recovery codes in case the phone's lost.
See every phone and computer you're signed in on, and sign one out, or all of them. Changing your password signs out everywhere else.
- Two-step sign-in with Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, 1Password and the like.
- Five wrong tries and the login is locked for 30 minutes.
- Signed out after 12 hours without use, and after 30 days at most.
- Your sign-in is kept where scripts on a page can't read it.
Your team sees what you allow
Choose what each person can see and do. A cleaner can tick off their doors and read the notes without seeing prices, balances or the day's takings.
Make two-step verification a must for everyone on your team, with a week to set it up.
On the Team and Business plans the account owner has to use it too: whoever holds the keys to the money and the customer list has the strongest lock.
- A security log of every sign-in, failed try, password and two-step change, invitation and permission change.
- And every export, API key, connection and plan change: who did it, and from where.
- Invitations by email that expire after 7 days, and can be sent again or taken back.
- Download it as a spreadsheet whenever you need it.
Your customers' details stay put
Card payments go through Stripe and Direct Debits through GoCardless, on their own pages. CleanItAll never sees a card number or bank details.
The keys that connect your own accounts, like your email, Twilio or accounting, are stored encrypted, and everything travels over an encrypted connection.
- Never sold, never used for advertising or to train AI.
- Download everything as a spreadsheet whenever you like.
- Every upload is checked by what's really in it: a program dressed up as a photo is turned away.
- Close your account and it's deleted 30 days later.
Questions people ask
Can CleanItAll staff see my customers?
Only if you ask support for help and they need to look. Support has to give a reason before signing in to your account; it shows in your Security log and in where you're signed in, ends after an hour, and you can end it sooner. Support can't change your password, your email or your two-step verification.
What if I lose my phone?
Sign in with one of the recovery codes you saved when you turned two-step verification on. No codes either? A team member asks their account owner to reset it; an owner emails support from the address they sign in with, and support checks it's them first.
Do you store card numbers?
No. Card payments are taken by Stripe and Direct Debits by GoCardless, on their own pages. CleanItAll never sees or keeps a card number or bank details.
Do you sell or share my data?
No. We don't sell your data or your customers' data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. Our privacy notice says exactly what we keep and why.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. Download everything, customers, jobs, invoices and payments, as a spreadsheet whenever you like. If you close your account, it's deleted 30 days later.
