Kept the way you already work it

Your customers sit in walk order, on the cycle they're on: every four weeks, every eight, or whatever you agreed on the doorstep. When the round comes round again it's in the same order, with the same notes.

Cycles that match the job
Every 4, 6, 8 or 12 weeks, or weekly and fortnightly for domestic cleans. Each customer keeps their own.

Invoices and payments flow to Xero, QuickBooks or Sage, so your accountant isn't working from a shoebox.

If you're VAT registered, CleanItAll works out the return from your invoices and expenses and submits it to HMRC under Making Tax Digital.

Built for a few window cleaners first

A lot of my friends clean windows. They kept telling me the same things: the big systems cost too much and didn't fit how they work, and some had given up and gone back to a spreadsheet. Knowing I write software for a living, they asked me to build something to help them out.

So I built it around them: their rounds, their prices, how they get paid. Every feature started as a problem one of them hit on a real round. Then professional cleaners asked to use it too, and their work is set up much the same way, so now it's for them as well.

Whether it's just you, a family business, or several teams out on different rounds, it's one system that runs the whole business.

Plain prices, unlimited customers

Every paid plan takes as many customers as you can clean for. You pay for the people logging in, not the size of your round. The price shown is the price you pay: no VAT added on top.

Every new account gets 30 days of everything on Business free, with no card. After that you're on Free unless you choose a plan.

Founding members: the first 100 businesses on Solo keep £10 a month (or £90 a year) for as long as they stay subscribed.
