Moving your round to CleanItAll
Your round lives in a book, a spreadsheet or another app. Here's how to bring it across. You see what CleanItAll made of it before anything is added, and the copy you started from stays exactly as it was.
Free for your first 50 customers. No card, and nothing to download from an app store.
Where's your round now?
Pick where it's kept, and get it out of there first. The rest is the same whichever it is.
A paper round book
- Download the template below and open it in Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers. Its columns are already ones CleanItAll reads, so there's nothing to match up.
- Type one row per customer, in the order you walk them: name, mobile, address, postcode, price, how often you go (write it however you write it in the book), when they're next due and which round they're on.
- Start with one round. Import it, check it, and type up the next one another night.
Download the round book template CSV, opens in any spreadsheet
Excel or Google Sheets
- From Excel, upload the file as it is. From Google Sheets, go to File, then Download, then Comma-separated values (.csv), and upload that.
- Keep your own column headings. If your round is spread over several tabs, it reads the first one, so either put every round on one tab with a Round column, or save each tab and import them one at a time.
- Keep the rows in walk order. That order becomes the order you walk the round.
Squeegee
- In Squeegee, go to Reporting, then All job data. It downloads a file called All jobs.csv.
- Upload that file to CleanItAll as it is. There's no need to open it or tidy it first.
CleanerPlanner
- In CleanerPlanner, open the Customers tab and press Export. You get Customers.csv. Do the same on the Jobs tab for Jobs.csv.
- Upload Customers.csv to CleanItAll first, then Jobs.csv.
Jobber
- In Jobber, go to Clients, then More Actions, then Export Clients, and choose CSV. Jobber emails you the file. You'll need to be logged in as an admin.
- Upload that file to CleanItAll. If it doesn't say how often each customer is cleaned, add a Frequency column before you import, or set each cycle once they're in.
These steps were written in October 2026. Menus move, so if yours looks different, search that app's help pages for "export". Squeegee, CleanerPlanner and Jobber are trademarks of their owners; CleanItAll isn't connected with any of them.
It reads the round you've got
Nobody keeps a round the same way, so there's no tidying to do first.
The order of the rows becomes your walk order. A Round or Day column puts each customer on that round, so Tuesday's doors land on Tuesday's round in the order you wrote them.
If one of your columns isn't one it knows, it asks you what it is rather than guessing.

Nothing's added till you've checked it
Before a single customer is added, CleanItAll shows you what it understood: how many customers, which rounds, and the prices and cycles it read. If something's wrong, go back and fix the file. Nothing's been changed.
Your book, spreadsheet or old app is left as it was. Keep it going until every customer has come round once. By then you'll have checked each price and note against it, and you won't need it again.
- Upload the file: CSV or Excel.
- Look over what it understood, round by round.
- Match any column it didn't recognise.
- Add them. Any row it couldn't read comes back to you as a file, to fix and import again.
Before you move
Will I lose my round?
No. Nothing is added until you've seen what CleanItAll made of your file and said yes, and the file you started from isn't changed. Keep your book or old app going until every customer has come round once.
How long does it take?
It depends where your round is now. From another app or a spreadsheet it's a download and an upload, then as long as you want to spend checking. A paper book has to be typed up first, and that's the long part, so do it a round at a time.
Do I have to do it all at once?
No. Bring one round across and work it for a cycle, then bring the next.
Can I try it first?
Yes. It's free for your first 50 customers, with no card, so you can bring a round across and work it before you pay anything.
Does it work on my phone with no signal?
Yes. Tick doors off and record payments with no connection at all, and it syncs when you're back in signal. Open the day's round before you lose signal, so it's on the phone when you need it.
What comes across?
Your customers, their addresses, numbers and notes, and their price, cycle, next due date and round. Old invoices and payment history stay where they are, so keep your old app's export for your records.
